Apple (the small red dog)

Apple is a Red Miniature Pinscher. He was born in Jan 2005.

Apple is always ready for an outing, and his favorite pastime is running. He can be extremely eager, supremely patient, and often stands on his rear legs when he needs to get a better view.

He spends time on holidays with his twin brother in Delhi, or a Miniature Pinscher bitch in Bangalore. He has also flown to other places on holiday, including Kerala and Himachal.

Apple turned Vegetarian in July 2009. He is not strictly vegetarian though, and will occassionally snack on dog biscuits. He does eat animal products - eggs, milk, yoghurt, paneer (cottage cheese), cheese, and butter. He also likes eating nuts, rotis (wheat cakes), bread, peas and carrots. He has had no health issues since he turned vegetarian. He remains equally energetic, and continues his long run on weekends (10-15 kms.) with no visible change in his stamina levels.
